A 600-page course book can feel impossible. It isn't, if you stop treating it as one thing and start treating it as forty lessons.
1. Use the book's own structure
Course books are already divided into chapters and sections. Those are your units and lessons. Type to Study reads a PDF's bookmarks or headings and turns them into exactly that plan.
2. Cut what the exam doesn't cover
Check your syllabus or exam guide and pick the chapters that are examined. Front matter, appendices and reading lists can wait. In Type to Study, long books ask which chapters to include, and the rest stay one click away.
3. One lesson a sitting
Each section becomes a short lesson with its key terms highlighted. Read it, type it, do the quiz. Ten lessons a week finishes a large book in a month.
4. Keep earlier chapters alive
The danger with long books is forgetting chapter 1 by chapter 10. Spaced flashcards fix that: a few minutes a day keeps earlier material fresh.
5. Test the whole book
Two weeks before the exam, take a full graded mock exam. It shows which units need another pass, so your last two weeks go where they matter most.
