Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. No card is needed to start, so nothing is charged during the trial unless you choose to subscribe.

Plans and billing

• Type to Study Pro is $10 a month or $60 a year, in US dollars, plus any tax that applies where you live.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
• If you subscribe during your free trial, your first payment is taken when the trial would have ended.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Plan and billing, then Manage billing, in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your courses and progress are kept, so you can come back later.

Refunds

• If you're charged and it wasn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full.
• If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it.
• Refunds go back to the card or payment method used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• After 14 days, payments for the current period aren't refundable, but you can cancel so you're not charged again.

Where the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
