A Gizmo alternative with full courses and typing recall
Gizmo makes quick AI flashcards and quizzes from your notes and files, and it is built around a phone app. Type to Study is a web app that goes further into the material: whole courses, typing practice and a graded exam.
What's different
Both tools create flashcards for you. Type to Study also writes the lessons, so you learn the material before you drill it, and it keeps your course book's chapters and page citations.
Type to Study works in any browser on computer, tablet or phone, but it has no native iOS or Android app. Typing practice is best with a keyboard.
When Gizmo is the better fit
If you want fast flashcards on your phone from notes you already have, with quick daily sessions, a dedicated mobile app is more convenient than a browser tab.
